And Justice for Al: 'The Godfather Part II'

Welcome back to And Justice for Al, the only Al Pacino-centric podcast on the Internet (that we are aware of). In case you've forgotten, 2016 is The Year of Al. And as such, it's time to revisit what's unquestionable the best Pacino performance of all time: The Godfather Part II.

Before Al yelled and carried on, before he tangoed and blind drove, his Michael Corleone was as stoic as it got; this made his eventual outbursts some of the most dramatic moments ever captured on film. Couple that with Robert Duvall, Robert De Niro, Talia Shire, John Cazale, Diana Keaton, and a laundry list of relative unknowns who give the best performances of their lives, and you've got an all-time great. And it's all thanks to Al! (For once, that might actually be true.)

Enough stalling! It's time to bask in the brilliantly depicted turmoil of the Corleone Family.
