Do Not Attempt to Crack 'The Da Vinci Code'

This is as bad as it gets for our hero: 2006’s The Da Vinci Code. The movie was a commercial sensation, grossing $760 million and spawning two sequels, but it also marked a critical nadir for Tom Hanks. It’s a bad, boring, meandering film, and you have to wonder why Hanks (and everyone else) agreed to be involved. Beyond dump trucks of money, of course.
